Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you book an audit, workshop, study, or readout with Workspace Grove.

Acceptance

By requesting a briefing, paying a deposit, or confirming a start week in writing, you accept these terms. If a signed letter of engagement exists, that letter prevails where it is more specific.

The work

Workspace Grove provides professional review and written packs concerning how a shopping app counts browse, bag, checkout, and paid order. We do not operate your store, take payment from shoppers, or implement engineering changes unless a separate letter says so.

Client duties

You supply access (test accounts, staging or production as agreed), a named counterpart, and truthful campaign calendars. Delays in access extend the timeline without automatically reducing fees.

Intellectual property

You keep your catalog, event names, and commercial figures. We keep our methods, checklists, and template language. The pack delivered for your app is licensed to your organisation for internal use. Redistribution as a public report requires our written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat event lists, conversion figures, and catalog composition as confidential. We may describe industry patterns in our journal without naming you.

Liability

Our liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost campaign profit, board decisions made on restated numbers, or engineering work performed by others. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that Malaysian law does not allow to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Johor Bahru have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
