Refunds, deposits, and missed weeks
Professional time is the product. Refunds follow how much of the week has already been used.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid to Workspace Grove for an agreed engagement (audit, workshop, study, or campaign readout). They do not apply to travel booked in your name or to engineering work done by your staff.
Timeframe to ask
Write to hello@workspacegrove.click within 14 days of the event you want reviewed (cancellation, missed readout, or a pack you believe was not delivered). Later requests are considered only where Malaysian law requires.
Full refund
A full refund of the deposit and any balance paid is due if we cancel, if we cannot staff the start week and you decline the proposed dates, or if we have not started and you cancel at least ten working days before Monday of the audit week (or 48 hours before a workshop).
Partial refund
If you cancel fewer than ten working days before an audit week, the deposit is kept and any unused balance is returned. If we have completed walkthrough days but not the pack, we invoice days used at a pro-rata of the quoted fee and refund the remainder of sums paid.
Non-refundable
The deposit becomes non-refundable once Monday of an audit week begins, except where we are in material breach. Workshop no-shows (the room empty at the agreed time without 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable for that half day.
Process and timing
Email hello@workspacegrove.click with the engagement name and date. We confirm in writing within five working days. Approved refunds are returned by the same method as the original payment (bank transfer in ringgit unless you paid another way) within 15 working days of confirmation.
Rescheduling
One reschedule to a later start week is allowed without fee if requested at least five working days prior. Further moves may require a fresh deposit if the original week cannot be filled.
Work already started and materials
Screen maps and draft packs produced before cancellation remain our working papers; you do not receive unused drafts as a substitute for a refund. We do not purchase retail stock or print catalogs on your behalf, so there are no goods to return.
