How we handle personal information

What we collect
From the briefing form: name, email, engagement type, optional start date, optional catalog note, and your message. During an engagement we may see test-account identifiers and workplace emails of the people who join walkthroughs. We do not ask for shopper identity numbers or payment-card data.
Why we use it
To reply to briefings, to deliver packs, to invoice, and to keep records required under Malaysian commercial practice. Form submissions on this static site are posted to a mock endpoint for demonstration; treat production hosting as needing a real processor before go-live.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are kept for 12 months. Engagement files (packs, notes, invoices) are kept for seven years. Cookie preference is stored in your browser only.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to legal retention. Write to hello@workspacegrove.click. We respond within 21 days.
International transfers
If a reviewer or email host processes mail outside Malaysia, we rely on contractual clauses with that host. We do not sell lists.

Server logs on the host may include IP address and requested path. See the cookie notice for browser storage.
